Artist's Comments
This is supposed to make you feel very, very small-- almost as if the city is trying to suffocate you or just plain kill you. It also imphasizes loniliness and other not-good feelings. I just love it ^^
This is a perspective excercise from Art last year. Funny how I was the only one to think of looking up. Obviously, it can be seen from any angle and get the same feeling; but vertically seems to work best. Hopefully it carried its effect The original size is about 12 in.x 18 in. Uh, done in some sort of ink stuff with the help of hand-dandy styrofoam stuff. **Full view to get the full feeling. |
